Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix shredded chicken, bacon, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, mozzarella, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place small piles of shredded cheese on the sheet and bake for 5–6 minutes until melted.
- Let cheese cool for 30 seconds.
- Add a spoonful of chicken filling on each cheese circle.
- Roll carefully into a taquito shape.
- Place seam side down on the tray.
- Bake again for 5–7 minutes until crispy.
