Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Slice zucchini into thin rounds.
  3. Pat slices dry using paper towels.
  4. Toss zucchini with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Arrange slices on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 1½ to 2 hours until crisp.
  7. Flip chips halfway through cooking.
  8. Remove once edges turn golden and crispy.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.
