Easy Baked Feta Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli works best)
  • 1 block feta cheese (about 7–8 oz)
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Add cherry tomatoes to a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Place feta cheese block in the center of the tomatoes.
  4. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes until tomatoes burst.
  6. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  7. Mash baked feta and tomatoes to form sauce.
  8. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
