Method
- Whisk all dressing ingredients together until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Toss bread cubes with olive oil and seasoning. Bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes until golden.
- Season chicken and cook in hot skillet 5–6 minutes per side until 165°F. Rest 5 minutes then slice.
- Wash, dry, and chop romaine thoroughly.
- Toss romaine with ¾ of the dressing, croutons, and half the Parmesan.
- Plate and top with sliced chicken, remaining Parmesan, black pepper, and lemon wedges.
