Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ¼ cup milk (any type)
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a small baking ramekin.
  3. Blend oats, banana, egg, cocoa powder, maple syrup, milk, baking powder, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Pour batter into ramekin.
  5. Add chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
