Ingredients
  

  • 2 large cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
  • ΒΌ cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Wash and slice cucumbers into thin rounds or half moons.
  2. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Add cucumbers, tomatoes, and mozzarella balls to a large bowl.
  4. Tear fresh basil leaves and add them to the bowl.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the salad.
  6. Add balsamic glaze for extra flavor.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Toss gently until everything mixes evenly.
  9. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
