  • • 1/4 cup coconut oil or olive oil
  • • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional add-ins:
  • • Dried cranberries or raisins
  • • Chia seeds
  • • Pumpkin seeds
  • • Shredded coconut

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix oats, nuts, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Stir maple syrup, oil, and vanilla in a small bowl.
  5. Pour the wet mixture over the oats.
  6. Stir until everything gets evenly coated.
  7. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway.
  9. Let the granola cool completely before breaking it apart.
