Pound chicken to even ¾ inch thickness. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Mix Parmesan, panko, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, melted butter, salt, and pepper into a coating mixture.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Sear chicken in hot olive oil in oven-safe skillet 3–4 minutes per side.
Remove from heat. Press garlic parmesan coating firmly over each chicken breast.
Transfer skillet to oven and bake 15–18 minutes until coating is golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Make garlic butter — melt butter, cook garlic 30 seconds, stir in parsley and lemon juice.
Rest chicken 5 minutes. Drizzle garlic butter over top, garnish with parsley and Parmesan, serve with lemon wedges.
