Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or extra olive oil for the grill

Method
 

  1. Pound chicken breasts to even ¾ inch thickness between plastic wrap.
  2. Mix all marinade ingredients together and coat chicken completely. Marinate 30 minutes minimum.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400–450°F) and oil the grates well.
  4. Grill chicken undisturbed for 5–6 minutes until it releases naturally from grates.
  5. Flip once and grill another 5–6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Rest on a cutting board 5–7 minutes before slicing against the grain.
