Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Stir rolled oats into the mashed bananas.
- Add chocolate chips or raisins if desired.
- Scoop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until cookies are set.
- Let cool before serving.
