Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips or raisins (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir rolled oats into the mashed bananas.
  4. Add chocolate chips or raisins if desired.
  5. Scoop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until cookies are set.
  8. Let cool before serving.
