Ingredients
  

  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
  3. Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
  4. Rub olive oil over both sides.
  5. Mix garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Coat chicken evenly with seasoning.
  7. Place on a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 18–22 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  9. Rest chicken 5 minutes before slicing.
  10. Serve with vegetables, salads, or grains.
